₹2,000-Crore Trump Towers Project Launches In Hyderabad

Tribeca Developers and Hyderabad-based Ira Realty have officially launched the ₹2,000-crore Trump Towers Hyderabad on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet this week, marking the global ultra-luxury brand’s first entry into South India. The premium residential project will feature twin 65-storey towers rising approximately 800 feet, visually anchored by a signature suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor.

Twin 65-Storey Towers and the Suspended Sky Bridge

The newly unveiled project is designed to become one of the tallest residential structures in the city, with the twin towers reaching approximately 240 to 242 metres. The defining architectural feature is a suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor that connects both towers and houses the expansive Trump Club, a fully landscaped club floor providing panoramic city views.

The development will offer more than 450 residences, featuring 3.5-BHK and 4-BHK configurations, alongside double-height simplex homes. The crown jewels of the project are 16 exclusive penthouses, which early reports indicate have already seen strong demand, with eight units reportedly sold during the initial launch phase.

What Early Registration Means for Buyers

The developers have opened the project for Expressions of Interest (EOI), allowing early registrants priority allocation ahead of the formal sales launch. Ticket sizes for standard apartments range from ₹5 crore to ₹18 crore, while the ultra-luxury penthouses command prices between ₹30 crore and ₹62 crore.

The project is fully registered under Telangana RERA with the registration number P02400010871, providing regulatory backing for early buyers. Purchasers interested in the ultra-luxury segment are advised to watch for the final unit mix and detailed pricing disclosures during the upcoming formal booking phase.

Positioned on Golden Mile Road, the project leverages Kokapet’s growing reputation as a primary destination for high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians (NRIs), and senior corporate professionals. The western Hyderabad corridor, encompassing the Financial District, already features dense premium residential and commercial development, and this global branding adds to its upscale profile.

Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, noted that establishing the brand’s first southern footprint required specific regional adaptations. According to Mehta, ensuring all apartments were fully Vaastu-compliant was a priority that extended the design phase by approximately a year to get exactly right.

Trump Towers Hyderabad represents the eighth Trump-branded project in India. Local development partner Ira Realty brings regional expertise to the venture. Formal Sales Launch and May 2031 Delivery Timeline

With an estimated investment of ₹1,700-1,800 crore excluding land (which is valued at roughly ₹250 crore), the project represents a massive capital commitment. Construction and sales milestones will be closely watched over the next several years.
