This transition aims to streamline processes and ensure transparency in the issuance of permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transition to Online Permissions: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The move towards online permissions follows substantial improvements in the <em><strong>Telangana Building Permission Approval and Self Certification System (TS-bPASS)<\/strong><\/em>. This online platform has not only addressed technical glitches but also seamlessly facilitated the acceptance of numerous applications related to building construction and layout permissions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Addressing Discrepancies: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite progress, discrepancies and irregularities in permission issuance have been noted. Only a limited number of applications have been facilitated through <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bigproperty.in\/blog\/\/ts-bpass-building-dreams-one-click-away\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TS-bPASS,<\/a><\/strong><\/em> while others have been redirected to the traditional approval system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Introducing DPMS for Efficiency: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To expedite the approval process, HMDA introduced the Development Permission Management System (DPMS).
