It is in charge of the planning, development, and construction of housing projects, commercial lands, land management, and the provision of public facilities such as roads, bridges, drains, underground water reservoirs, community centers, sports centers, green belts, and so on within the Delhi National Capital Territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DDA_Plot_Scheme_2023\"><\/span>DDA Plot Scheme 2023<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>Delhi Development Authority <\/em><\/strong>has unveiled a new plot project through a major e-auction, which includes bidding on over 450 plots around Delhi. From October 9, 2023, until November 6, 2023, interested applicants can register.
