The Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) has announced a new policy requiring consumers to pay their monthly electricity bills exclusively through the TGSPDCL website or mobile app starting from July 1, 2024. This change aligns with new regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and aims to streamline payment processes and enhance security.

Payment Channels Available:

Consumers can make their payments through the following TSSPDCL-approved channels:

• TSSPDCL Website: Bill Desk, T-Wallet, TA Wallet
• TGSPDCL Mobile App: Bill Desk, TA Wallet, Paytm
• Other Payment Facilities: MeeSeva (Web/T-App Folio Mobile App/Counters), APOnline (Web/Counters), and BillDesk-ECS/NACH

Steps to Pay Your Electricity Bill via TGSPDCL Mobile App:

1. Download the TGSPDCL Mobile App:
   • Available on both Android and iOS platforms.
2. Register Your Service:
   • Enter your unique service code number (found on your electricity bill) and mobile number & name.
   • Receive and enter the OTP sent to your mobile.
   • Click on the ‘Register’ button.

After Registration in mobile Application, you can see your profile details and electricity bill details completely in home page.

To pay your electricity bill , select the option Pay Bill

You will get the Complete Bill details, verify the details and Enter your Email ID & click on proceed to Pay Option

Select any of them above Either with Bill Desk or Paytm or T- Wallet and verift the all details and complete the payment

1. Pay Your Bill:
   • After registration, click on the ‘Pay Bill’ option.
   • Select a payment method such as T-Wallet or Billdesk Payment.
   • Complete the payment process.
2. Confirmation:
   • Receive a notification confirming the transaction once the payment is successful.
