About DDA Scheme

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is a statutory agency formed under the Delhi Development Act, 1957, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India, to “promote and secure the development of Delhi. DDA Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS): Eligibility

  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen over the age of 18.
  • In Delhi, there are no such restrictions on owning land or property.

How to apply? DDA Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS):

Step 1: Go to the DDA’s official website and generate login credentials using your PAN card and other information.

DDA Housing Scheme 2023: Phase 4 DDA First Come First Serve (FCFS)

The DDA FCFS housing plan expanded its scope with the commencement of the fourth phase on June 30, 2023. On July 10, 2023, DDA began taking applications for HIG apartments in Jasola, MIG flats in Dwarka and Narela, and LIG and EWS tenements in Rohini, Narela, Siraspur, and Loknayak Puram.

How to apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2023 FCFS Phase 4?

The development authority is providing a digital application mechanism for the housing program. The following are the easy steps for applying to the DDA housing plan 2023 FCFS Phase 4:

  • All interested applicants must go to the DDA website to apply online.
  • To apply for the scheme, all interested parties must generate a unique username and password by registering on the website.
  • As the User ID, enter your PAN number.
  • The registration price is Rs 1,180, which includes 18% GST. This sum is not refundable.
