It is divided into two phases:

Phase 1 (58 km) runs between Bengaluru and Nidaghatta, while Phase 2 (61 km) runs between Nidaghatta and Mysore. There will be fifty underpasses for cars and pedestrians, four railway overbridges (ROBs), forty-four small bridges, and nineteen big bridges overall.

Around Bidadi (7 km), Ramanagara-Channapatna (22 km), Maddur (7 km including 3.5 km of elevated highway), Mandya (10 km), and Srirangapatna (7 km), greenfield portions would create bypasses. In Srirangapatna and Kumbalgodu, toll booths are planned.

Beginning on April 1, 2023, the Bangalore-Mysore Motorway toll fee would increase by 22-23% per NHAI regulations. The additional toll tax on a round-trip will be Rs 250.

Big cars: Rs 270 (Rs 405 for a round-trip).
