  • Log on to https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/service4/ to register. and input information such as Aadhar number, citizen name, cellphone number, create OTP, enter OTP, and verify.
  • After successful authentication, provide farmer information such as father’s name, address, Epic number, and landline number.
  • Next, submit any ID proof document in jpg or jpeg format and click the Next button.
  • Now, enter the land information, such as district, taluk, hobli, and village.
  • Enter the survey and Captcha numbers.

  • Step 2: A pop-up will appear on the Bhoomi RTC site; select ‘View RTC and MR’.
  • Step 3: You will be sent to a new page on the Bhoomi RTC site where you must enter the name of the district, taluk, hobli, and village.
  • Step 4: Enter the survey number for the current year and click the go button. Then, click the fetch information button after selecting the surnoc, hissa number, period, and year. You will receive owner information such as owner, extent, and Khata number and data. You may also check information for the previous year on the Bhoomi RTC portal by clicking on the ‘old year’ button and then following a similar method.

Enter your information, including your first and last name, user ID, password, gender, Aadhaar card name, mobile number, and captcha, and then click Sign up/Submit.

9. How to Get Missed iRTC Village Records

Go to https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/service37/MissedRTC.aspx, enter the i-RTC order number, and obtain i-RTC.  You may retrieve your lost i-RTC and print it once, but only once.
